"The only way to do great work is to love what you do. And occasionally reboot your system."
As an aspiring Artificial Intelligence expert, I am deeply passionate about exploring the intersection of technology, innovation, and problem-solving. My academic journey at the University of Porto has been a blend of rigorous coursework and hands-on experience, where I have delved deeply into the realms of several subdomains of this field, my favourite being reinforcement and deep learning. My fascination with AI began early in my studies as it sparks up the child inside of me that always loved to play puzzle games and solve math problems. This has since evolved into a commitment to contribute to this dynamic field.
My time as a student is marked by a series of projects that challenged and expanded my understanding of AI. Notably, my work on the projects below stand as testaments to my technical prowess and innovative approach. These projects not only enhanced my coding skills but also sharpened my ability to think critically and creatively in solving complex problems.
Beyond academics, my role as a monitor and assistant professor in the Data Structures course at the University of Porto has been instrumental in refining my skills. Teaching and assisting other students has not only solidified my knowledge but also honed my communication and leadership abilities.
In conclusion, my journey in Artificial Intelligence is more than just an academic pursuit; it's a passion driven by curiosity and a desire to innovate. As I continue to explore new frontiers in AI, I am excited about the potential to contribute meaningful solutions to complex problems and make a positive impact in the tech world.
I was awarded for outstanding academic performance during my 2nd year of university. This recognition was received with pride and gratitude, as it symbolizes the results of my dedicated efforts and commitment to academic experience.
In my free time, I enjoy reading and discovering new artists. You may also find me doodling or playing with my (very spoiled) pets.
